A divided serving platter hand carved from a single piece of teak wood. The three sections keep cheese, crackers and grapes apart, so it's an easy centerpiece for appetizers at Thanksgiving or a holiday get-together.

About the maker

Each platter is carved by artisan Dembe Sow in the Casamance region of Senegal. Because every piece is carved by hand, grain and shape vary a little from platter to platter.

  • Teak wood; the maker states it is food safe
  • Sold by Mbare

Care: hand wash, dry right away, and rub with food-safe oil now and then. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher.
